Counseling is provided to adults who are seeking supportive guidance through the obstacles of  life's challenges and mental health struggles.  Our experienced counselors specialize in a wide range of areas.  These include (but not limited to) anxiety, depression, abuse, relationships, and grief. 

Counseling services are provided in group settings.  These groups create a support system that allows each person to learn and grow.  Group counseling topics range from anger management, grief/loss, and recovery.
